Responsibilities
- Account Management & Sales Execution
- Manage assigned customer accounts, including distributors and retail partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand presence within existing accounts.
- Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations aligned with business objectives.
- Execute product launches, pricing updates, and promotional initiatives across accounts.
- Strategy & Business Development
- Support regional sales strategy and contribute to achieving revenue and distribution goals.
- Evaluate business performance to identify risks and opportunities, recommending actionable improvements.
- Partner with leadership to identify high-impact customer opportunities across various sales channels.
- Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis
- Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance and growth strategies.
- Develop forecasts and support planning activities based on market trends and internal data.
- Analyze sales trends and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Understand and leverage both physical retail and e-commerce dynamics to drive growth.
- Trade & Budget Management
- Support development and execution of promotional and pricing plans within budget guidelines.
- Monitor spending effectiveness and optimize ROI across sales initiatives.
- Aid in managing and reconciling trade-related activities and deductions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure alignment.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and communication across teams.
- Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within a consumer-focused environment.
- Experience working with retail partners across multiple sales channels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Preferred Background
- Experience working with both traditional retail and e-commerce channels.
- Familiarity with sales data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
