Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
- Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
- Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
- Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
- Develop and implement Division Sales training plans
- Assure compliance to all Company and Division policies and procedures
- Ensure the overall condition and presentation of all model homes, market homes, community entrances, etc. within Division
- Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven personal sales track record
- Minimum 3 years of new home construction sales experience
- Minimum 2 years sales management experience, ideally within homebuilding
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong customer focus and driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, energetic and outgoing demeanor
- Highly organized, decisive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and accept direction
