Sales Manager

About the role

We're looking for an aggressive, take charge Sales Manager to help us continue our solid growth. The ideal candidate will have current Sales Management experience, be able to lead and direct a sales team, and consistently strive to make every customer interaction a win-win situation for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a sales team to achieve dealership goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
• Train and mentor new sales associates
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience
• Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Clean driving record
• CDK experience a plus
• GM experience a plus
