About the role

A well-established Ohio-based building materials supplier, serving contractors across multiple states for over 70 years, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its Cincinnati sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the outside sales team, setting goals and providing ongoing coaching
• Drive sales strategy and execution across the Cincinnati market
• Maintain and grow relationships with key builder, contractor, and architect accounts
• Partner with leadership on pricing, forecasting, and territory planning
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff

Requirements

• 5–10 years of sales leadership experience in the building materials industry
• Proven track record managing and growing a sales team
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop and execute sales strategy in a competitive market

Pay

Compensation flexible based on experience
