Responsibilities
- Setting goals and quotas for the sales team
- Developing sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Analyzing sales data to gauge team performance and market trends
- Be an active participant in the operation and success of our fast-paced fitness studio
- Work as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long-term members.
- Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
- Build community business relationships and partnerships
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly
- Strong Lead management skills nurturing a pipeline
- Experience in sales enablement and operations
- Passion for health and wellness
- Willing and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.

As a BODY20 Sales Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis! Qualifications
