Responsibilities

• Conduct exceptional, highly personalized tours and unique lead follow-ups for prospective residents and families.
• Manage the customer relations management tool (CRM) to ensure organized and documented follow-up.
• Train Branch staff in phone and tour hospitality.
• Oversee the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for residents and families.
• Build relationships with community professionals to maximize referred leads.
• Ensure the Branch is appropriately staged to enhance the customer experience.
• Facilitate weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferred.
• Experience in senior housing sales leadership preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record meeting Bickford’s insurance carrier guidelines.
