Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Grow aftermarket sales revenue and profitability.
- Expand business with existing and prospective aerospace, defense, industrial, and engineered product customers.
- Lead the aftermarket sales and customer service team.
- Manage strategic customer relationships and ensure long-term account retention.
- Drive proposals, RFQs, pricing, contract negotiations, and service agreements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to meet customer needs.
- Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasts, sales reports, budgets, and performance updates for leadership.
Requirements
- Aftermarket Sales Experience: Experience selling or supporting replacement parts, repairs, maintenance programs, upgrades, service agreements, or customer support programs.
- Sales / Business Development / Account Management: Requires 5+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Leadership / Team Management: Requires 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Customer Relationship / Key Account Management: Strong ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
- Contract, Pricing, RFQ & Proposal Experience: Experience with customer inquiries, RFQs, pricing, negotiations, contracts, and proposal development.
- Forecasting, CRM & Reporting: Experience maintaining CRM records, tracking pipeline, developing forecasts, monitoring budgets, and presenting business updates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $136,500.00 - $203,900.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
