Sales Manager
About the role
Anytime Fitness is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves helping others achieve their fitness goals and is passionate about health and wellness.
Responsibilities
Membership & Personal Training Sales - Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert leads to members. Lead pre-designed workouts in a group setting, energize and motivate clients, modify exercises, and ensure participant safety.
Club Promotional Marketing - Establish relationships with businesses and influencers, coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, and participate in community events.
Community Involvement - Develop and build relationships in the community, represent the brand, and support employee wellness initiatives.
Team Building - Train, guide, and inspire team members to foster a positive environment.
Member Experience - Ensure the club is a clean, friendly environment, maintain equipment, and provide top-notch customer service.
Operations - Manage daily club cleaning checklists and maintenance efforts, ensure staff follows safety and security procedures, and enforce gym policies.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in sales or exercise-related field preferred.
Personal training and CPR/AED certifications required.
Must possess a personal training certification or be willing to obtain one.
2-5 years of management and/or personal training experience preferred.
Sales experience preferred or willingness to learn how to sell.
Available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak season months from October to March.
Self-motivated and able to motivate others, work independently, and effectively without constant guidance and supervision.
Excellent communication skills, ability to manage time/schedules, and work well with others as a team.
Positive attitude and able to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs., perform duties/responsibilities of working in a gym setting.
Qualifications
Highly preferred: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in sales or exercise-related field.
Required: Personal training and CPR/AED certifications.
Preferred: 2-5 years of management and/or personal training experience.
Willingness to learn sales skills.
Flexible schedule available.
Ability to work independently and motivate others.
Positive attitude and physical ability to work in a gym setting.

$40,000 - $50,000 based on experience.
Schedule
