About the role
The Sales Manager will focus on developing a territory-based sales team and growing the company's market share in the region. Key responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and developing a sales team, working closely with them to achieve their expected business results and customer satisfaction with our products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, and developing a sales team
- Working closely with the sales team to achieve expected business results and customer satisfaction
- Facilitating training and guidance on sales and program training for all solutions, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation
- Promoting all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources
- Attending meetings with the sales team members, ensuring their understanding of programs, and managing expected business results
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and being responsible for account management and achieving expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis
Requirements
- A high-energy professional with document solutions industry experience
- A proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results
- 3-5 years of experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position
- Leadership skills, positivity, self-motivation, and problem-solving abilities
