Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and develop a sales team
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business results and customer satisfaction
- Facilitate training and guidance on sales and program training for all solutions, introducing new products and solutions, sales promotions, customer care, contract negotiation and submission, and account documentation
- Promote all products and solutions to new and current clients through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referral sources
- Attend meetings with the sales team and ensure their understanding of programs and manage expected business results
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and achieve expected business results on a weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications
- High energy professional with document solutions industry experience
- Proven track record of success managing a territory, mentoring others, and exceeding expected business results
- 3-5 years of experience working in the document solutions industry in a Sales or Sales Management position
- Strong time management and problem solving skills
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and MVR report prior to hire and have a valid Driver License and reliable transportation
