Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of AEs and SDRs to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, and performance assessments.
- Execute and refine go-to-market strategies aligned with company growth goals.
- Leverage CRM and sales analytics to inform decisions and identify improvement areas.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Identify process gaps and implement scalable sales enablement or automation solutions.
- Support territory design, account segmentation, and expansion strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in a SaaS environment.
- Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales motions and complex deal pipelines.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, evolving organizations.

Pay
The expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role are $170,000–$220,000+, with a base salary range of $110,000–$150,000. This position includes full benefit options including health, vision, dental, 401k and other benefits.
