Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify opportunities for monitoring services.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings to present and close sales.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by onboarding new clients.
  • Maintain knowledge of surveillance and monitoring solutions to effectively pitch to prospects.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field (property management, construction, or car sales experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
