About the role

2nd Swing is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Scottsdale team. Ideal candidates will excel at managing their team, interacting with customers, and overseeing operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence
• Communicate clear direction and set goals for team members
• Maintain a strong presence to ensure success in meeting all goals and metrics
• Plan, organize, manage, and delegate daily activities effectively
• Build rapport with customers and fellow employees through excellent customer service and people skills
• Delegate priorities and tasks to the team
• Set and prioritize goals to produce quality work
• Show above-average knowledge of current golf equipment
• Multi-task and wear multiple hats while leading a team

• Lead with a high-energy level, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself
• Work 40-44 hours per week in a varied schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a golf retail environment
• Demonstrated customer-centric superior customer service and people skills
• Excellent communications skills to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees
• Ability to delegate priorities and tasks to the team
• Able to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well
• Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
• Multi-task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers

$62,000 - $92,000 based on previous experience
