About the role
This is a leadership role focused on people, performance, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales and showroom staff
- Assign leads and territories to drive performance and profitability
- Track sales results and coach your team toward goals
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
- Partner with leadership on strategy, promotions, and showroom events
- Select and merchandise products that fit your local market
- Review reports, performance metrics, and P&L results
Requirements
- Must have flooring experience
- Must have at least two (2) years of Sales Experience!
