Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven success in capital equipment sales, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices
  • Experience selling to aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics
  • Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and laser/energy-based technologies
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including financial modeling
  • Experience with strategic account management and long-term partnerships
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and competition
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the US
