Qualifications & Skills
- Proven success in capital equipment sales, preferably in aesthetics or medical devices
- Experience selling to aesthetic practices, medspas, dermatology, or plastic surgery clinics
- Deep knowledge of aesthetic treatments and laser/energy-based technologies
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including financial modeling
- Experience with strategic account management and long-term partnerships
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and competition
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, with a customer-centric approach
- Willingness to travel extensively within the US
