Responsibilities
- Greet clients while checking them in for treatments.
- Provide sales support to clients by recommending treatments and closing sales.
- Increasing company revenue by upselling current clients and warm leads.
- Schedule clients via phone, email, and in-person for future services.
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience of skincare and aesthetic sales within a med spa
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Highly motivated attitude
- Knowledge of skincare and treatments offered at the offices
- Strong customer service skills
