Position: Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS)Type: Hourly contractCompensation: $45 - $90/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10 40 hours/week Role ResponsibilitiesAnalyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify operational and policy misalignments.Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate records, permissions issues, and undocumented processes.Develop precise operational recommendations for complex scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.Evaluate underlying data and correct discrepancies to maintain consistency across interconnected systems.Document decision-making rationale, including changes made and areas intentionally left unchanged.Apply sound operational judgment when managing conflicting rules and changes across multiple systems.Create clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders. RequirementsStrong experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation with direct system ownership.Hands-on experience configuring CRM systems, including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.Strong experience with multiple SaaS revenue tools such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, project tracking, or integration platforms.Strong understanding of SaaS environments and complex, multi-product implementations.Experience assessing and managing changes across interconnected systems while maintaining operational integrity.Ability to navigate, document, and resolve ambiguous policies and exceptions.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong operational judgment.
