About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Sales Management Training Program. This position is located at one of our offices within Southern Delaware including but not limited to Dover, Georgetown, Rehoboth, or Milford.

Responsibilities

  • Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
  • Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
  • Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
  • Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
  • Establish relationships essential to building your own business in the community.
  • Excel in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Put our customers first and understand the importance of friendly competition in growing our business and your success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Cumulative 6 months of experience within the last 5 years in any of the following: Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, Sports Leadership & Competition.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Living in Southern Delaware within 30 days of the anticipated start date.

Pay

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

Schedule

Hours may vary depending on the branch location and business needs.
