About the role
This position is located in the Lincoln, NE area (68510,68504, 68524).
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful in a hands-on learning environment.
- Establish relationships essential to building your own business.
- Learn how to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of putting customers first and the culture of friendly competition.
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record within the past 5 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
- Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
- Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Management experience leading a team
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
- Led a leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)

Pay
The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour workweek, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92 / hour, plus overtime.
