Sales Management Trainee Internship - Sioux Falls, SD - Summer 2027

About the role

Enterprise Management Internship is a 10–12 week, full-time, paid program designed to build business and leadership skills for university/college students. From day one you’ll work alongside first- and second-year professionals, taking on the same challenges and learning what it takes to run a successful business in a team-based environment. The internship starts May 19, 2027, and requires 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of vehicles and care for customers
• Develop and execute marketing strategies
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition
• Potentially earn performance incentives and employee referral rewards

Requirements

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date of August 2027, December 2027, or May 2028
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years
• Authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• Ability to commit to 10–12 weeks (no more than 90 days) and start May 18, 2027
• Availability to work 40 hours per week and on the required dates: Tuesday, May 18, 2027; June 7–9, 2027; and Thursday, July 29, 2027

Pay

$17 per hour
