Sales Management Trainee- Galesburg, IL
About the role
We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. This position is located in the Galesburg, IL market (61401, 61402) and includes a satellite location in Macomb, IL.
Responsibilities
- Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team
- Receive the guidance, mentoring, and support needed to be successful
- Get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business
- Learn how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations
- Always put our customers first
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors degree, or be within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors. (Degree must be conferred before you can start)
- Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
- Sales (commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
- Customer service in a service industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality)
- Management experience leading a team
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or varsity team
- Leadership role (professional, on campus, community involvement or military experience)

Competitive Compensation - The annual compensation for this position is $49,202.40 based on a 45-hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $19.92/hour, plus overtime.
