Sales & Management Trainee

About the role

We are seeking motivated, focused, and driven individuals to join our Sales and Management Training Program. This is a unique position where you will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of our business, from inventory to customer service. You will spend time in each of the branch departments that make our company successful.

Responsibilities

• Completing several cross-functional rotations over the course of an 18 month period.
• Learning about Central Distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores, and business support functions.
• Exposure to different roles including Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, and warehouse.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should be a college graduate (even in the last 5 years), a young professional, or someone just starting their career, or a change of career.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and/or management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
