Sales & Management Trainee

About the role

We are seeking motivated, focused, and driven individuals to join our Sales and Management Training Program. This is a unique position where you will have the opportunity to learn every aspect of our business, from inventory to customer service. You will spend time in each of the branch departments that make our company successful.

Responsibilities

• Completing several cross-functional rotations over the course of an 18 month period.
• Learning about Central Distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores, and business support functions.
• Exposure to different roles including Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, and warehouse.

Qualifications

• If you are a college graduate (even in the last 5 years), a young professional, or someone just starting your career, this position is for you!
• The goal of the program is for a Sales and Management Trainee to be ready to take on a sales or management role at The Granite Group.
