Sales & Management Trainee

About the role

This position is ideal for recent graduates, young professionals, or those looking to change careers. You will join the Sales and Management Training Program where you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations, including inventory management and customer service. Over an 18-month period, you will rotate through various departments such as Inside Sales, Heating/HVAC design, Counter, and warehouse, as well as central distribution, Ultimate Bath Stores, and business support functions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• College graduate (within the last 5 years)
