Sales Management Trainee

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. This role offers a clear career path with training, development, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. You will start at a neighborhood branch and work toward eventually running your own location.

This position is located at 4785 Highway 2 East, Kalispell, MT 59901.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Handle behind‑the‑scenes operational tasks.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a structured program.
• Engage with the community and build essential relationships.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Consistently put customers first.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition that drives business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than three moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol‑related convictions on driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

Targeted first‑year annual compensation of $54,000 with an average 46‑hour work week.
