About the role

We’re hiring immediately for our respected Management Training Program. The position is located at one of the following branches:

  • 1819 W Airline Hwy Ste 10, Laplace, LA 70068

Responsibilities

You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Required
  • Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 5 years.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales, and marketing, and who are eager to learn and grow within our organization. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Skills

While no specific skills are required, we believe that candidates with experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership will be best suited for this role. Additionally, familiarity with the automotive industry and experience with customer relationship management software would be beneficial.
