This position supports hiring and serves customers across the Rolla, St. Robert, and Fort Leonard Wood, MO areas, and will be based at one of our branch locations (e.g., 1372 Bill Virdon Blvd, West Plains, MO 65775).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while also handling behind-the-scenes operational duties.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team through our structured program.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to build relationships essential for growing your own business.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while prioritizing customer needs.
• Participate in a culture of friendly competition critical to growing our business and your success.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within one semester of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI/DWAI or other drug and/or alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
