Sales Management Trainee
About the role
We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
Responsibilities

- Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch
- Cultivate new business and develop your team
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
- Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- Understand the importance of putting our customers first
- Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales
- Commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
- Customer service in a sales industry (i.e. retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center)
- Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
- Leadership role in the military, clubs, organizations or community involvement
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations/speeding tickets and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years (Points on driving record cannot exceed a total of 8 points)
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

This position offers targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,024 with an average 46 hour work week, which includes an hourly rate of $20.81, plus overtime.
