Sales Management Trainee

This position is located at 157 W MAY STREET, WINDER, GA 30680. Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful
• Gain experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
• Understand the importance of always putting our customers first
• Experience friendly competition to grow the business and your success

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor's degree
• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must be available to work an average of 45 hours per week
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about customer service, sales, and management. You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as are the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
