Sales Management Trainee

Overview

The Sales Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates or those about to graduate. It provides a 24-week, hands-on job experience where participants can join a team, enhance their skills, engage in various operations at Dayton Freight, and gain insights into the company’s culture and industry. The program also equips participants with future-oriented leadership skills, preparing them to take on sales roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
• Willingness to relocate to any Service Center
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
