The Sales Management Trainee Program is designed for recent graduates or those nearing graduation. It provides a 24-week, hands-on job experience where participants can join a team, enhance their skills, engage in various operations at Dayton Freight, and gain insights into the company’s culture and transportation industry. The program also equips participants with future-oriented leadership skills, preparing them to take on sales roles within the company.

Qualifications
- Must Possess a Valid Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College
- Willingness to Relocate to Any Service Center
- Willingness to Work Rotations of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift (During Training)

Starting Pay
$60,000 per year. This amount reflects total compensation (base + bonus). Pay does vary depending on relevant industry experience.
