Responsibilities
Lot Operations & Vehicle Movement
- Keep the inventory lot arranged, clean, and visually appealing to maximize customer presentation and drive foot traffic.
- Move, park, and relocate vehicles across the lot, showroom, and service bay quickly and safely.
- Perform basic vehicle prep, including inspecting for minor damage, verifying fuel/battery levels, and ensuring inventory is ready for test drives or delivery.
- Assist with shuttle runs, customer drops, or transport between company locations as required.
Administrative & Inventory Support
- Maintain, organize, and audit key tracking systems to ensure all vehicle keys are accounted for and accessible.
- Apply window stickers, stock tags, and mirror hangtags to ensure inventory is properly identified and priced on the lot.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks against system logs to verify vehicle locations and status.
- Provide general operational support to the management team during peak business hours.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be maintainable).
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (or a willingness to learn manual).
- High organizational skills, particularly when managing key organization and physical inventory placement.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and standing/walking for extended periods.
