Essential Functions
- Plan day/time-management of paperwork
- Process incoming sales orders and ensure all necessary paperwork is included
- Submit equipment requests
- Aid sales reps with equipment pricing and rates
- Identify when service approval is needed and request from appropriate service manager
- Quote internal buyout requests
- Complete various other duties to assist reps with the sales process
- Work with various departments to resolve account or billing issues
- Write addendums to existing agreements and calculate changes to billing
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full time- 40 hours per week, M-F

Preferred Education And Experience
BA in Business Administration or a related field
Experience in Sales Administration role
Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
