Job Summary

About the Role
You will help build and manage our scalable sales pipeline, converting high-intent inbound leads and closing new customers. This role requires a combination of digital skills and sales acumen.
Responsibilities
- Convert high-intent inbound leads from our founder network and autonomous outbound engines
- Partner with digital agents to penetrate new customer accounts
- Refine outreach strategies and bridge the gap between digital handshakes and signed contracts
- Participate in a rigorous 3-part selection process including the Sales Competition, Team Member Interview, and Cofounder Interview
- Work with a team of experienced professionals who value speed and performance
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience scaling to $1M or $10M in sales
- Ability to work in a remote or Chicago, IL location
Qualifications
- Elite pedigree (YC, Google, Microsoft, BloomTech)
- Category creator (autonomous sales)
- Uncapped upside compensation structure
