Job Summary
Promota.ai is hiring a Sales Lead to help build out the scalable sales pipeline and close a large pipeline of warm leads. The role involves converting high-intent inbound leads and penetrating new customers through strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
- Convert high-intent inbound leads from the founder network and autonomous outbound engines
- Partner with digital agents to refine outreach strategies and bridge the gap between digital handshakes and signed contracts
- Participate in a 3-part transparent process including the Sales Competition (The Gauntlet), Team Member Interview, and Cofounder Interview
- Work with a mix of warm inbound leads and cold outreach resources during the Sales Competition
- Be part of a team that values speed and transparency, moving quickly to identify top performers
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Experience helping a YC or VC-backed startup scale to $1M or $10M in sales
- Ability to navigate unsexy industries with the same sophistication as a corporate boardroom
- Eligible for visa sponsorship
