About the Role
This position provides optimal guest service ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely manner. The Sales Lead assists the Store Director and Assistant Store Director in leading team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role includes handling higher-level transactions such as cash and safe balancing and is considered an entry-level supervisory position.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Member Results

- Resolves guest service issues in partnership with the Store Director.
- Leads the Sales Team to ensure optimal guest service.
- Performs all opening and closing operations.
- Builds strong relationships with team members to align and support business results.

- Creates a learning environment by modeling e|n core values.
- Fosters team member relationships to support business initiatives and growth.
- Complies with company personnel policies.
- Business and Financial Results
- Assists the team in achieving store sales, per capita, and purchase-with-purchase goals.
- Achieves personal purchase-with-purchase sales goals and other statistical sales expectations.
- Supports the Store Director in coaching team members to meet sales expectations.
- Maximizes store sales through proactive methods.
- Ensures accurate cash handling and completion of all register transactions.
- Works assigned schedule.
- Management and Operating Results
- Completes product, operations, and merchandise presentation training.
- Executes and maintains visual presentation directives as communicated by the Store Director and SSC initiatives.
- Participates in all e|n initiatives and ensures sustainability.
- Responds to all communication in a timely manner.
- Performs daily tasks such as cleaning, store recovery, and merchandise placement.
- Adheres to all Loss Prevention procedures and requirements.
- Guest and Partner Results
- Consistently demonstrates e|n Cares in guest interactions.
- Ensures optimal guest service from all team members.
- Maintains full knowledge of the venue’s building and its programs.
- Ensures a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for guests.
- Follows e|n and partner dress code guidelines.
- Participates in regional philanthropic activities.
