Sales Lead, Part-Time - Charleston

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner.
• Process orders efficiently to meet customer expectations.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers to resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail operations or similar field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
