About the role

We're seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about pop culture and ready to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves leading our brand’s mission of creating the best shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
• Ensure sales floor zones are up to visual standards.
• Work the register, using product knowledge to process sales and drive add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including updating store maps, walls, fixtures, and merchandising mixes.
• Communicate fashion trends to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of store resources and maintain a safe environment.
• Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.

Requirements

• Previous retail experience.
• Passion for pop culture and philanthropy.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years old.
