Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist

About the role

Divine Garages LLC is a Portland, Oregon-based vehicle rental fleet company serving rideshare and delivery drivers (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Amazon Flex, Instacart, and more). We're growing fast and looking for a driven, experienced sales professional to join our remote team. Responsibilities

• Convert leads across multiple pipelines and close deals
• Make 50-100 outbound offers per day on our vehicle rental products and services
• Qualify prospective drivers through our CRM and background check systems
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM updates and records
• Handle upsells and downsells across pricing tiers (High-ticket sales are excluded from this role for now)

Compensation

• Base pay: $3.00 - $4.50 USD/hour, depending on interview performance and experience
• Performance-based commission on closed sales, with earning potential that grows alongside company growth
• Full commission structure and details shared with qualified candidates during the interview process

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (call center, telesales, or closing-focused roles preferred)
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable with CRM tools and fast-paced lead management
• Must be willing to complete role-play exercises during the interview process to demonstrate sales and objection-handling skills
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Backup power solution (given occasional brownouts)
• Headset with clear audio quality required

Work Hours

Must have availability to overlap with US Pacific Time business hours. Specific shift schedule to be discussed during interview.
