Sales Lead

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sales Lead to support our expansion in the United States. Key responsibilities include overseeing store operations, ensuring a positive customer and employee experience, and driving sales performance.

What You Will Achieve

• Serve as the leader on duty in the store when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present, focusing on achieving results and enhancing the customer and employee experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment for customers, employees, and products.
• Ensure the store meets standards reflecting POP MART's brand image, values, and culture.
• Act as a subject matter expert on POP MART's core business information, including character information, products, and company history.
• Support company marketing events and RoboShop business as needed.
• Improve sales performance and meet key performance indicators such as store conversion, units per transaction, and dollars per transaction.
• Manage visual merchandising and inventory, including executing directives, setting up marketing fixtures, and managing inventory levels.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of store retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong retail industry knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Confidence and comfort in engaging customers to deliver exceptional service.
• High level of ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to inform decision-making and implement effective solutions.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new things.
• Flexible and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
• High School Diploma.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, and move merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per shift).
• Able to bend, kneel, reach, and climb ladders or step stools safely.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks such as unpacking boxes, tagging items, and stocking shelves.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment that may require quick movements and multitasking.
• Able to work in varying temperature conditions, including stockroom and receiving areas.
• Manual dexterity required to operate standard stockroom tools (e.g., box cutters).
