Sales Lead

Your mission

Your mission is to help Light scale from an early sales motion into a world-class revenue organization. You'll work directly alongside the founders and early team to build Light's sales organization. You'll recruit and develop exceptional talent, establish the operating rigor required for scale, and help win some of the company's most important opportunities.

What you'll do

• Recruit and develop the next generation of sales talent and build Light's sales organization.
• Establish the operating rigor, accountability, and discipline needed to scale the sales team.
• Personally lead strategic opportunities while coaching the team through complex deals.
• Drive sales productivity through better qualification, execution, and continuous refinement.
• Work cross-functionally with Product & founders to identify promising growth opportunities.
• Transform sales into a scalable, repeatable GTM engine.

• Experienced with early-stages and excited to work five days per week in our Austin office.
