Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
• Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and all other areas of the store
• Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
• Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
• Cash register efficiency, including cash handling, discounts, exchanges, and returns
• Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
• Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
• Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of Böhme
• Report any customer or employee concerns/incidents to the Store Manager
• Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be 18 or older to obtain this role.

• Minimum high school education or equivalent
• At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
• Excellent organization, verbal, and written skills
• Ability to work POS and other store computer applications
