About the role

The Sales Lead drives individual sales while providing floor leadership in the absence of a manager. Compensation is commission-based, with bonus opportunities tied to coaching effectiveness and associate development.

Responsibilities

• Sales leadership and floor execution (including ups management)
• Customer experience and guest support
• Inventory management, promotion control, and cash handling
• Facilities and building oversight
• Culture management and communication (including huddle leadership)
• Store operations and standards
• Training and performance management
• KPI reporting and management meetings
• Bedding finance and protection finance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail sales experience; furniture experience preferred

Physical and work environment

• Standing/walking for extended periods
• Occasional lifting
• Retail sales floor environment

Schedule

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays, as required.
