About the role

The role involves being the primary point of contact for Mobile Surgery decision makers, primarily responsible for Mobile Surgery C-Arms and Services. You will collaborate with various Philips teams and work closely with account managers and specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and close MoS opportunities in Philips installed, competitive installed, and new construction labs and operating rooms.
  • Work collaboratively with Cardiovascular Fixed System Account Managers, Interventional Guided Therapy Devices (IGT-D), Cardiovascular Ultrasound (CV Ultrasound), Enterprise Diagnostic Informatics in Cardiology (EDI Cardiology), and Out of Hospital Business Development Manager teammates.
  • Establish territory growth plans and strategic initiatives, translating them into clear objectives and targets.
  • Document territory install base related to the solutions represented, establish plan to address all assigned accounts within the territory, and understand the market potential of your territory.
  • Drive the sales process by uncovering compelling customer events, engaging stakeholders, developing coaches, executing C-Arm demos, and escalating as appropriate.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with external and internal customers, emphasizing delivery of customer-centric solutions through understanding of customer needs and pain points.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of capital equipment sales experience selling directly into the OR, with a focus on selling into Radiology.
  • Demonstrated solution selling and execution skills in a complex team selling environment.
  • A BS/BA degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel in the Midwest Area: ND, SD, IA, MN, WI, IL.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of competitive landscape, including business models, product features, service offerings, and positioning.
  • Experience in developing and refining business strategies for key accounts, customers, and territories to achieve sales targets.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with external and internal customers.

Pay

Total Target Earnings range is $195,000 to $225,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Details about the total rewards compensation package can be found here.
