Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Specialists
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly performance against sales and conversion goals
- Hold team members accountable to production, attendance, quality, and activity expectations
- Conduct call reviews, one-on-ones, team huddles, and ongoing coaching
- Identify performance gaps and take action quickly
- Use scorecards, data, and reporting to improve results
- Develop top performers and address underperformance directly
- Partner with leadership to align team performance with company goals
- Reinforce Quintessa’s core values through coaching, performance management, and daily leadership
Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume, quota-driven sales environment
- Proven success leading teams to hit aggressive goals
- Strong sales coaching and performance management skills
- Able to manage by numbers, scorecards, and clear expectations
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- A high level of accountability, professionalism, and reliability
