Sales Insights Analyst

Job Description Sales Insights Analyst, Duracell Industrial Operations Inc., West Palm Beach, FL. Leverage data analytics, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems to drive commercial strategy and improve sales performance. Conduct in-depth analysis and maintain large-scale data sets to inform business decisions. Provide POS analysis and maintain large data sets from multiple distributors. Identify growth opportunities and assess regional trends. Automate manual reporting processes by developing Power BI dashboards. Oversee Salesforce lead management, ensuring accurate routing and classification of leads from various digital sources. Support sales enablement by creating tools and dashboards that track campaign effectiveness, distributor performance, and sales outreach. Integrate device management into Salesforce to improve tracking and real-time visibility for sales teams. Collaborate with IT, R&D, and finance to streamline forecasting and improve customer engagement. Develop and use reporting tools to provide insights into reginal sales outreach, distributor performance, and key account engagement. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of post-bachelor’s, progressive, related work experience. Must have five (5) years of experience with/in: Analyzing large-scale data sets and POS trends; Business-to-Business (B2B) commerce; Using business intelligence tools like Power BI and Tableau; Developing automated reports and dashboards leveraging Excel, and SAP for increased efficiency and visibility; Presenting data-driven insights and strategies to relevant stakeholders; and Utilizing Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Project for documentation, presentation, project planning, and cross-team coordination. 100% Telecommuting permitted.
