About the role
The Sales Host/Hostess will greet and welcome prospective homebuyers to the community. This role involves collecting all pertinent information from visitors, performing clerical duties, providing model tours, maintaining the appearance of models, setting up files and contracts, and following up with prospective buyers while managing mailing lists.
