About the role

This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit within the Engineered Wood Division, where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and steers sales, sales structures, key customers, and new business to drive growth.
  • Leads execution of global/regional sales plans based on market needs, trade structure, and competitive situation aligned with SBU/SU strategy.
  • Conceptualizes programs and activities that drive the market and expand customer base and volume.
  • Drives execution of sales activities and key client profitability.
  • Is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the sales organization (including training and best practice exchange).
  • Identifies new market segments, target customers, and/or trends and innovations.
  • Improves sales at key accounts and project pipeline to develop business.
  • Develops and fosters top-to-top relationships with key customers, partners, and associations.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product development, and supply chain to enhance market positioning and service delivery.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $130,000.00 to $160,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
