About the Role

We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Estimator who likes to take ownership, move fast, solve problems, and win business. This is not a desk estimating role—you’ll be in the field meeting homeowners, evaluating projects, building solutions, presenting pricing, and closing work. You’ll have the freedom to manage your day, make decisions, build relationships, and directly impact company growth.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and provide on-site estimates
• Identify needs and recommend the right solution
• Present pricing and confidently ask for the sale
• Always ask, “What else can we help with?”
• Identify additional project opportunities
• Build accurate scopes, labor estimates, and material lists
• Follow up and drive open estimates to a decision
• Clearly hand sold projects off to operations

Requirements

• Construction, handyman, remodeling, or home improvement experience
• Sales or estimating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential repairs and project scopes
• Ability to estimate labor and materials
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using estimating software and CRM systems

Pay

$70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year (commission-based, with performance bonus opportunities)
