About the role

The role of a Full-Time Merchandiser / Stocker involves promoting Pepsi products through marketing activities at various accounts. This includes maintaining in-store shelf space, inventory, and displays, filling and rotating products on display and the shelf according to company standards, stocking and maintaining appropriate merchandise levels in beverage sections, organizing back rooms, and fostering courteous and professional relationships with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pepsi products through marketing activities at accounts
• Maintain in-store shelf space, inventory, and displays
• Fill and rotate products on display and the shelf according to company standards
• Stock and maintain appropriate merchandise levels in beverage sections
• Organize back rooms
• Foster courteous and professional relationships with customers and team members

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly
• Able to submit to a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Qualifications

• No previous Merchandising / Stocking skills required
